spilled ink (Open)

Ridley sat in her favorite spot in the whole library. A tiny corner in the back, right by the window. She would sometimes curl up back there and work on homework, or new songs, or she would come here to just get away from everything. Hardly anyone bothered her back here, and she loved it. She pulled out some parchment, a quill, and an ink bottle. She began working on her potions essay.
 
The assignment was a 500 word essay on the use of the Bezoar and the benefits it has and how it can save you. She searched her brain for any information she could recall about the bezoar. But she was just drawing up a blank. She groaned in frustration and grabbed her text book from her bag. She hated having to use her book. She was supposed to be smart. Why couldn’t she remember this stuff on her own? She heard a bunch of people in the back of the library making a bunch of noise. She shook her head and sighed, most people didn’t even know Hogwarts had a library.
 
She began reading the pages of her text book and let the information swarm her mind. She began writing her essay. She wrote about how a bezoar is a stone taken from the stomach of a goat and it will save you from most poisons. The Bezoar is an object that is usually made of hair, plant fibre, or similar indigestible matter that stays in the gut of an animal and forms a hard ball or "stone".
 
She was almost finished with her essay, when someone knocked over her ink bottle. Therefore, causing ink to spill all over her stuff including her almost finished essay! She jumped up to avoid getting ink all over her and gasped. “What the hell!”

Calypso rushed to her spot, a windowsill in the back of the library where the more ancient books were placed when her bag swung and knocked over an ink bottle. She halted turning slightly before fixing her leather skirt, stopping it from rising. ''Oh.. Oops?'' Calypso quipped with a shrug and she pulled out her wand, using a spell a professor had taught her as her brothers kept knocking over her ink bottles as well. The ink faded from the bag and swirled back into the bottle. ''Magic. Gotta love it.'' She said bluntly and finally took in the person who she had most likely annoyed, noticing it was her house mate, Viridia. ''Oh, it's you. Hi.''

Dalnim entered the library not amused by what was going on in the commonroom; she really had no time to deal with what was going on, and she just had to get away so she wouldn't cuss somebody out. Seeing two of her housemates, she walked towards them as she watched Calypso clean up ink that had spilled all over the place. "You guys will not believe what's happening in the commonroom! Oh and hi."

Ridley was about to snap on the person when she saw it was one of her housemates, "Oh hi. Calypso right?" Before the girl could answer, they were joined by yet another one of their housemates. "Hello to you too. Whats going down in the common room?" Ridley asked

Calypso nodded towards Viridia, her head shooting towards Dalnim as she arrived. ''This better be called, Dalnim. Got places to go, people to see.'' She muttered, leaning against a bookshelf as she waited for the news. She didn't talk to many people, apart from her brothers and she didn't really feel like breaking that habit unless they were interesting or had something to offer.

"Okay, well, in the commonroom, someone started to record a mixtape out of no where. Some guy decided to fist fight the person since he didn't give him the galleons he owned in a bet. It's crazy, but no one is like telling any of the staff members. So much for fraternity, am I right?" Dalnim spat out real quick she she ran her hand through her hair.

Viridia raised an eyebrow as if to say who cares, "Theres fights in the house all the time. They will brawl it out for a few minutes, then hug it out and they will be fine. Its how boys work." Viridia said pushing her blonde hair out of her bright green eyes

Calypso moved her hair to one shoulder, shaking her head at the story. ''That's it? Any one in the hospital wing 'cause of it? That'll make it better.'' She muttered with a curl of her lip, a rare smile gracing her face. ''Someone should teach those boys a lesson..'' Darkness flickered on her features as a mischievous smirk replaced the smile.

She rolled her eyes in response to Viridia. "It's insane! Everyone is fighting each other! If you don't want to get hit my like a chair or have a book thrown at you to the point of a concussion. I suggest you don't go back to the commonroom. It's that bad, so you can keep your 'That's nothing' talk to yourself, Grey." Dalnim gave a nod and replied, "Definitely."

Viridia smiled at Calypso, "And who says we cant be the ones to do it." She said grinning. She stood up and smoothed out her light blue skirt, which was strictly against dress code for its shortness, but Ridi didnt care. "As for you, Dalnim, Im not afraid of a few stupid boys throwing stuff at eachother."

Calypso perked up at the sound of chairs and books being thrown and felt more and more tempted to rush to the common room and join in. Part of her hoped that her brothers weren't the ones fighting. She enjoyed Dalnim's response to Viridia and she smirked towards her housemate. ''I was hinting at us doing it...Or just me. Can't have you breaking a nail.'' She muttered, raising her eyebrow at the light blue skirt before standing up straighter. ''Well I'm off to join in with the fighting...Anyone joining or can I fight without having to worry about nails breaking and hairs being pulled?''

"Well, somebody got their weave ripped off and screamed at their baby daddy," Dalnim commented with a shrug looking at the two. Seeing Viridia and her miniskirt, she rolled her eyes; she definitely wouldn't tap that. "I'll join in. I'll just be a seductress and have everyone focus on me. A marvelous solution if i have to be quite honest."

"Actually honey, thats my position as seductress." She smirked and pushed her hair back and walked off towards the common room. She had lots of eyes on her as she walked and she giggled to herself as she walked

Calypso smirked over at Dalnim, knowing that if she actually liked people, that woman could possibly be a friend. ''I will gladly just beat people up.'' She shrugged before her expression formed one of disgust at Viridia. ''Or you guys just...Oh fuck it, do whatever you want.'' She said and followed the girl who seemed so far up her own rear. 

Whispering the password for the common room, she stormed through and took in the damage of the room. ''What...what the hell? This is ridiculous.'' She blurted out and kicked a chair out of the way of the doorway. ''Come through..Seductresses?''

She gave a smile at Calypso and giggled. "Viridia Grey, a seductress? I doubt that Prince Henry would tap that," Dalnim commented with a laugh as she followed Calypso into the commonroom. "I told you guys that it was bad!" Spying some guys who were obviously punching each other over Transfiguration homework, she walked up towards them and starting to run her hand through her hair. "I should've put on some red lipstick, but this will suffice."

Viridia walked in and a few of the guys stopped throwing things to try and flirt with her. She giggled and batted her golden eyes, "Boys boys, please, one at a time." She said laughing softly. She looked over at the girls and smirked softly

Calypso bit back a laugh at Dalnim and she hid a small smile behind her brown waves. ''Prince Harry is too preoccupied with his work to tap a lady, let alone a 'seductress'.'' She placed more emphasis on the word seductress, rolling her eyes. She watched the girls get to work and found herself exceptionally bored at them flirting with the guys and she walked over to two of them, smashing the palm of her hand at the muscle that meets their neck and shoulder, knocking them out. ''Nightyyy night.'' She sang to herself and twirled over the chaos, kissing one on the neck before knocking his head against another boy. ''Been too long!'' Calypso exclaimed happily, her mismatched eyes dancing with mischief.

Dalnim cackled and gave a nod as she listened to the brunette. Licking her thumb, she found a boy's pressure point on the back of the head and pressed her thumb against it as he began to fall. "This is so much fun! I really should do this was more often!" she exclaimed laughing really hard as she started to run her hand through her hair once again bouncing it.
